Sasha is a privately operated personal AI assistant powered by OpenClaw and intended for use by its authorized owner.
With authorization, Sasha may access Gmail messages, calendar events, contacts, Google Drive files, documents, and spreadsheets to complete requested tasks.
Google account information is used to perform authorized personal productivity tasks, such as generating email summaries and retrieving calendar information.
Authentication credentials and application data may be stored on the privately managed server operating Sasha. Access to that server is restricted to authorized administrators.
Sasha does not sell Google account information. Information may be processed by services configured by the owner to fulfill authorized assistant tasks.
Sasha uses OpenAI to process information needed for authorized assistant tasks. Relevant Gmail message content may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate email summaries and responses. OpenAI processes that information according to the applicable service terms and data policies.
The account owner can revoke access through their Google Account security settings.
Sasha's use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
